Widerrufsbelehrung für digitale Inhalte

1. Widerrufsrecht

Verbraucher haben grundsätzlich ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von vierzehn (14) Tagen.

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.

Der Widerruf ist zu richten an:

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Frist absenden.

2. Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts bei digitalen Inhalten

Bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von digitalen Inhalten, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden (z. B. PDF-Dateien, Downloads), erlischt das Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, wenn:

der Verbraucher ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat,
dass der Unternehmer vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Ausführung des Vertrages beginnt, und

der Verbraucher bestätigt hat,
dass er mit Beginn der Ausführung des Vertrages sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.

Mit dem Download der digitalen Produkte erklärt sich der Käufer ausdrücklich mit diesem Verlust des Widerrufsrechts einverstanden.

3. Rückerstattung

Nach erfolgtem Download der digitalen Inhalte ist eine Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen, da es sich um nicht rückgabefähige digitale Produkte handelt.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

(Informational English Version)

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

The withdrawal must be sent to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts concerning the supply of digital content
that is not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g. PDF files, digital downloads), the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if:

the consumer has expressly agreed
that the seller may begin performance of the contract
before the withdrawal period has expired, and

the consumer has confirmed
that they are aware that they lose their right of withdrawal
once performance of the contract has begun.

By downloading the digital products, the buyer expressly agrees to this loss of the right of withdrawal.

3. Refund Policy

After the digital content has been downloaded, a refund is excluded, as the products are non-returnable digital goods.
